Our New Pacifica It was time for us to purchase our family vehicle and we decided on the Chrysler Pacifica. Expressway Chrysler was recommended to us by a friend and It was time for us to purchase our family vehicle and we decided on the Chrysler Pacifica. Expressway Chrysler was recommended to us by a friend and I was referred to Jon Michael Matthis. The dealership is located in Evansville and we live in the Indianapolis area. Bottom line, Jon Michael gave us the best price and best customer service I have ever had buying a vehicle. He made the the whole process very easy and was very knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of the Pacifica. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle and look forward to working with him again in the future! My family loves their new ride! More

Incredible Attention to Detail My wife and I drove from Upstate New York to buy a truck from Expressway, and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Greeted by the staff the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like the most important folks in the world. The friendly staff was very well prepared for our visit, and guided us through the buying process without a hint of being rushed. And, of course the truck we purchased was immaculate, the amazing detail work evident by the gleaming finish and spotless interior. Jon Michael even took the time to sync my phone to the truck before we began our journey back home. I'll absolutely be back when the time comes to buy another truck! The only reason I did not rate 5 starts is the length of time during negotiations. I feel I got a fair price. After about 1,000 miles and a little less than a month, I had an issue with the brakes (squeaking) and rear speakers. I made a service appointment and both issues were resolved without hassle or cost. I was very pleased with the service department in terms of efficiency, helpfulness, and friendliness. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
