I arrived early (to avoid traffic making me late), and they took my car right in. They were done and I was driving out 45 minutes later! Courteous service personnel provided all the info I needed. Moderately good service with amenities aligned to the brand. Service manager is excellent and service advisor staff continues to improve. Make Sure You Visit This Dealership Before Your Purchase! I started my Subaru Forester research in March. I visited all the Subaru dealerships in the DFW metroplex. I met Shannon in June and she showed me th I started my Subaru Forester research in March. I visited all the Subaru dealerships in the DFW metroplex. I met Shannon in June and she showed me the 2019 Forester. She was very knowledgable and patient as I took my time going through ALL the new features. I decided to wait and purchase the 2020 Forester. On November 5th I drove through the dealership parking lot at 6:45 AM and found the PERFECT vehicle (color combination). I sent an email to Shannon who was actually out of the office that day but I received a reply from Dustin indicating the vehicle was available. He gave me the price and said that Wing could show me the vehicle that evening. I met Wing that evening, we went through a thorough inspection of the vehicle and then went for a drive. At the end of the evening I was in the finance department completing the paperwork. The next day I went back to the dealership to pick up the car and meet the service department. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my TRUSTED Service Advisor for over 20 years was a part of the Five Star Subaru family. Needless to say that was the last star needed. Five Star Subaru of Grapevine - You the best staff around and know how to treat customers. More
