What a dissapointment I was very disappointed visiting Big Two Toyota. I drove 2 HOURS from Tucson to Phoenix ready to buy a car. I had the unfortunate circumstance of having an incompetent representative: Johnnie Allison. He is not the typical sales guy you would expect. No smile, poor body language, aggressive tone, lacks communication, and incoherent. Then, I had told him along with another sales associate I wanted to speak to someone else and addressed my concerns politely (yes, I was calm). He then said: “You can’t.”, I said: “Why not?”, he responded: “because you’re already dealing with our fleet, but whatever you can speak to someone else” and abruptly left. Johnnie is actually a manager, can you believe it? Johnnie, if you are reading this, please get another job you are passionate about because you do not have people skills. You are supposed to be representing Big Two Toyota! More

They have called me daily, sometimes multiple times in a day, and won't stop despite my asking them very nicely to TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THEIR LIST. Do not do business with them. They will straight up harass you. Too many other dealers in the valley to buy from such a terribly managed company. More
