Dealership that is there for your Service Just bought my second car from Bob Howard. I am a repeat customer because I can walk into the dealership at Braeger and not be looked down upon since Just bought my second car from Bob Howard. I am a repeat customer because I can walk into the dealership at Braeger and not be looked down upon since I am a single woman. Bob especially always remembers you at oil change time and comes to say hello. A while back he said there was going to be a new Chevy out that was perfect for me, size, price and utility. He called when they got in the first Trax. Went to see him the next day and he explained why this was a perfect fit. I was undecided but stayed there with him for 2 hours and he never lost patience. He finally asked " what would it take for you to say yes to the Chevy Trax" I mentioned my price, it was not far off from his, and the deal was done. PS, I only go to Braeger Chevy, they have everything that is important to me - honest people who do a great job and love what they are doing. More

The whole process of buying a car was easy and less stressful due to the staff being helpful. Tim Brevitz was very knowledgable about the cars and more than willing to go above and beyond to help me find a car that would best suit my needs. Michelle Matusin made the financial part quick and simple to understand. John Webler was very friendly and did a great job installing the remote control start after market for me and even called OnStar to make sure I could set up the remote start through the app on my phone. Overall, it was a wonderful experience buying a car from Braeger and by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. The staff is very professional and makes the customer feel like they are the number 1 priority. I would highly recommend this dealership to others! More
