Both individuals were very helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding a vehicle that is fuel efficient and at the same time family friendly. The staff there was very knowledgeable when it came to assisting me with the financing process as well and explained all of the number figures to me so that there was no confusion. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to my soldiers or any soldier on Fort Riley, KS that might be looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

The salesman we dealt with was John Van Parys, he worked with us to provide us with the vehicle we wanted and needed at the price we wanted. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the car we were getting and assuring us that if we had any questions or problems he would be there to help us. Well, in a few days I had a problem so I called him and he came to me and got the problem fixed, all in a matter of just a few minutes. The finance person we dealt with, Tim Samaroo, was also very good and helpful in getting us the best deal he could find. John and Tim were very pleasant and polite which made this transaction go very smoothly. This is the third Mitsubishi I have purchased from the Northtowne dealership and I would go back to them again before I would go anywhere else. More

Thought I would stop by Northtowne and see what a Mitsubishi looked like in person, I had seen advertisements but like to get a hands on look. I hooked up with John Van Parys who gave me a tour of the models available. He directed me toward an Outlander on the showroom floor. My Van was appraised, offered in my opinion a fair trade value. Long and short of it is: I got my new tires attached to a new car. There was no hassle, games or stress, just a straightforward deal. I have over the years purchased several vehicles form Northtowne and will be back for straight forward deals with no pressure of games. More
