One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Carl answered all of my questions and even sent me a video of the car being driven and all of it's features. Once arriving at the dealership it only Carl answered all of my questions and even sent me a video of the car being driven and all of it's features. Once arriving at the dealership it only took about an hour and a half to get the deal done and Carl stayed late to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. My salesperson, Carl Carter, immediately greeted me when I walked in the door in a respectful and pleasant manner. I had traveled from Colorado Springs to look at a used car I had my eye on that I hoped would still be there when I arrived. I was not disappointed that I made the trip. I arrived at 1:15 pm and had the keys to my new car at 3:15 pm. I could not be happier. I would not hesitate to go all the way back to see Carl and Keith Emmons, the Finance Manager, again.
