Robert and Michael were both wonderful. When we entered the dealership, we had no idea what we wanted. The ease of being able to look around and check vehicles out without the pressure of having to make a the dealership, we had no idea what we wanted. My daughter fell in love with the Buick Enclave .......Robert answered all the questions we had concerning the vehicle. I thought we would have to spend a lot of time at the dealership but it was quick and to the point. When it came to financing, Michael educated us and gave us options. He is very funny and amazingly kind...I have spent anywhere between 6-8 hours on dealership lots but here at Delray Buick GMC I was in and out in 3 hours max. We will be back. More

I placed on on line inquiry and John Tambone was the person who responded to me. His email was professional and nice and what I appreciated the most was that he answered all my questions without asking person who responded to me. His email was professional and nice and what I appreciated the most was that he answered all my questions without asking me to come in to get the answers. He asked probing questions about what I was looking for but without being too pushy. Sometimes, salesmen can apply pressure to come in and test drive or sit down to go over needs. John responded in a timely manner to all my emails, and once we came in and met John he had the car parked up front waiting for me to check out. He was patient with us and even though it was getting close to closing time, he still took the time to answer our questions and made us feel important even though I'm sure he wanted to go home! John did a great job showing us all the features of the Enclave and his personal touches are what convinced us to purchase our first Buick from Delray Buick. In my opinion, John has the perfect approach, perfect mind set and perfect attitude! He was a great salesman and one we wish we could find more often! We are extremely happy with the service John provided and the experience we had at your dealership. We will definitely be back! More
