I moved from out of town with just my company vehicle and Robert picked me up from my home instead of me paying for transportation to the dealership! Buyer Beware Back In January I purchased a used 2011 GMC Sierra 2500hd from the checkered flag Toyota. They advertised the truck online as “100% rust free”. That q Back In January I purchased a used 2011 GMC Sierra 2500hd from the checkered flag Toyota. They advertised the truck online as “100% rust free”. That quote right there was the whole reason I was interested in this vehicle. I went to check it out and the truck “looked” clean. They had sprayed it with a black under liner coating to hide all the rust this truck truly has. No after a few months of ownership it’s all coming out. Door frames are rusting all hardware under the truck is ready to fall apart. I was completely lied to. I’m updating my post so others no to stay away from this dealer. I have reached out to them many times with other issues that the truck had had and have hadn’t no luck getting anything resolved nor been contacted back. Do not purchase any used vehicles from them! More

I came prepared to do a lengthy haggling I dealt with John Spensieri, who did an excellent job. The experience was different for me than I expected. I came prepared to do a lengthy haggling battle. I got there and found that prices were more like at my grocery store: fair but fixed, take it at that price or go elsewhere. The car was actually at a good price, and probably the best I could have gotten even after haggling elsewhere, so I went ahead with the purchase. Mr. Spensieri was excellent at making sure all the details of the deal were in good order. I appreciated working with someone who was so straightforward and competent. More
