My 2018 car of 10 months owned was leaking oil form the oil pan. Service center said they replaced the oil pan assembly to resolve in January 21. Still leaking oil in July 21. I had to bring the car back t oil pan. Service center said they replaced the oil pan assembly to resolve in January 21. Still leaking oil in July 21. I had to bring the car back to address the oil leak. My question is why did I have a repeat problem if the parts to the oil pan assembly were in fact replaced???? More

Wonderful people working at colonial Cadillac at every level…….caring honest in dealing with customer about service being provided. Good at explaining what is happening with my car and how it is being level…….caring honest in dealing with customer about service being provided. Good at explaining what is happening with my car and how it is being resolved. Very pleasant offers coupons when available and I am not expecting a coupon. Answers all of my questions about my car and how to make it last longer…….phone calls are always answered and my questions are always given to one who can answer responsibly …….have been servicing my car here since 2014 withnoproblems.
