Worth a trip from anywhere I hate buying a car, but when I need to, I do exhaustive research online to narrowdown my car to a few select models. After many reviews, research an I hate buying a car, but when I need to, I do exhaustive research online to narrowdown my car to a few select models. After many reviews, research and test drives, I decided that I wanted a certified preowned 2014 Mazda 3 iGrand Touring in Blue Reflex Mica. Seeing one listed online at North Penn Mazda, I jumped at the opportunity soon after the car was listed. A price was negotiated with John Sell and I secured financing and delivery details with Mike Fontaine. I made the trek from Connecticut to Pennsylvania to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately the car at delivery was Deep Crystal Blue and NOT Blue Reflex Mica as the website had described. I did not want the darker blue, I had a dark colored car in the past and they're a xxxxx to keep clean. Mike Fontaine, who had been so helpful during the initial predelivery correspondence was dejected and visibly embarrassed at the unforseen situation infront of him. Neither he or I had ever discussed the color of the car, we merely went by what was described online. The question of color wasn't even a thought in my mind. Visibly upset, Mike asked me what he could do. I wasn't concerned about the deal that was just blown in my mind. I was concerned about how I was going to get back to Connecticut since I took the train down to Philadelphia and was dropped off by my brother that lives locally to the dealer. Mike Fontaine offered me a rental car or have the North Penn Courtsey Shuttle drive me home. Of which I did. Still upset several days later, I emailed Mike about the situation stating that I would be willing to work with him if he could find me the same car with similar miles. He stated that he would look around. Unsuccessful with his search, he offered me a NEW 2015 Mazda3 i grand touring in Blue Reflex Mica. It was an offer I couldn't refuse. Over the next several days I corresponded with Kyle Neith while Mike was out of the office. Kyle researched all the associated closing fees associated with Connecticut's out of state registration. Some were more than initally expected so he ate some of those costs for me. AMAZING. Delivery day arrived and I was amazed at the ease. I was in the dealership and on the road in less than a half hour. It couldn't have been easier. I received my Connecticut registration and new plates in the mail faster than it would have taken me had I gone to my local DMV myself. As mentioned in my first sentence...I hate buying a car. Its not fun. However the team at North Penn Mazda gets it. They bent over backwards for me. They didn't have to. They could have simply said "we're sorry" (which they did) and left it at that (which they didn't). They realize the value of customer service and satisfaction. They realize a mistake but more than made up for it. I hope I don't need a car for a good 10 years, but when I need one I will certainly consider making the 4 hour trip from Connecticut to North Penn Mazda. More

Great used car buying experience! I had the nicest car buying experience to date at NorthPenn Mazda. It was a 25 mile commute from my home, but worth the drive. I was shopping for a ni I had the nicest car buying experience to date at NorthPenn Mazda. It was a 25 mile commute from my home, but worth the drive. I was shopping for a nice, used, late model Chevrolet Malibu and had a list of seven likely candidates to check out at various dealers around the area. To make a lot story short, I chose a 2010 Malibu LTZ that they had for sale. It is a beautiful car, well maintained and I got a great deal on it which included the trade in of my old car. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and at home. I appreciated the longer than usual test drive, which really helped me to get a feel for how the car handled and performed. Many thanks to John Sell for putting together that great deal, taking the time to answer all my questions, that great test drive and for one of the nicest used cars I have ever bought. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this purchase. Thanks guys! More

John was not your typical pushy salesman even though as we approach he was standing outside. (After this winter - I would be standing outside too). My daughter and I had a budget and weren't sure if we were going the used car route or the new car route. John was very patient and showed both new and used. He knows his product and believes in his product because he drives a Mazda. After consideration and a call to our insurance - we decided on the new car (plus insurance dropped from the 2009 honda civic she was driving to the new 2014 Mazda 3- crazy right). Reliability and safety are two key factors in putting your child behind a wheel, and I felt this was a great move. The whole experience was easy, non pressure, and I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as the salesman, John Sell, x to everyone. Thanks! More

I decided on the Mazda because John Sell, my salesman, was very well educated on every brand of competitor cars of a similar style.
