We have nothing but praise for Jae Lee and John Ruiz. John gave us an honest price via email and Jae made the actual purchase very easy. Even Dennis, the Dreaded Back Office Guy, wasn't too bad. We have had many car-buying experiences over the years and this was quite possibly the best. It still took 4 hours, which seems like a lot considering we weren't financing any part of the total price. We would definitely buy from Diamond again, but we hope not too soon. More

Diamond Honda went above and beyond to make my wife and family happy. We initially bought a middle trim Odyssey but it did not have the features we needed. The salespeople at Diamond allowed us to swap out family happy. We initially bought a middle trim Odyssey but it did not have the features we needed. The service and people are great, however the facility is in need of improvement. The facility is lacking and not as clean compared to other Honda dealerships. Especially the service and refreshment area, it in need of improvement. The facility is lacking and not as clean compared to other Honda dealerships. Especially the service and refreshment area, it can use a lot of work. The restrooms are not that clean either. Other Honda dealerships offer free snacks here you have to pay for it in the vending machine. The coffee machine is not up to par compared to other Honda dealerships as well. You can just tell this facility is trying to cheap in everything. It's a shame because the cars are reliable and great. More
