The process was made very easy for us. I saw the vehicle on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership to inquire as to its' availability. Within less than five minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Plo on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership to inquire as to its' availability. Within less than five minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Plotcher. He told me the car was still available and I scheduled an appointment to look at it the following day. Ryan called me the next day to confirm the appointment. When I got to the dealership my wife and I were met by John Poster. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and courteous. We were happy with the car and the service we received in the purchase process. More

My and my wife's experience at Miller was absolutely fantastic. We're really, really satisfied. My wife just loves the car, and I still hear her talking with her family and girlfriends about it over the fantastic. We're really, really satisfied. All of this, I think, answers the question about why I've provided the rating I have except for perhaps the price which quite honestly I really don't know enough about to comment on but I'm happy with the price too. Our Subaru purchase prior to this one ended well; however, I ran into a dealer in Pennsylvania about an hour's drive from my home who was so obnoxious I nearly wrote to the Chairman of the Board at Subaru to ask him why he would ever allow these fantastic automobiles to become associated with such a crude and insulting dealership. In the end I got the 'same' car at another dealership for $1000 less. My experience at Miller was the exact opposite of this bad experience. And believe me, when it's time to buy my next Subaru I'll remember you, and our friends will be hearing about you too. Thanks again. Bill More

We recently bought a 2012 Subaru Outback and couldn't be happier with car or the process at Miller. This is our second vehicle that we bought from John Poster in the past few years. John knows the vehicles and is always great to work with, no heavy pressure, just good information and we got a great deal too.
