I have lived on the Monterey Peninsula for 33 years and went to Stevenson School. I have loved BMWs since I was a kid; My first BMW was a 1972 3.0 CSI coupe. John took my call for a same day appointment 10/18/23. We drove from Oakland more than two hours, but when I arrived he was there and ready to show me my vehicle. He was professional and courteous. He even help me set up my navigation and gave me tips on how to operate the features on my BMW 650 Grand Coupe. I highly recommend John and I would definitely buy a vehicle from him again. With so many dealership horror stories nowadays I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here at BMW Monterey. They speak to you with respect. I approached the sales team with an offer and very easi pleasantly surprised with my experience here at BMW Monterey. They speak to you with respect. I approached the sales team with an offer and very easily we were able to reach an agreement. Never did I feel pressured or forced into anything, even when speaking to the finance department. We needed a new family car since we were expecting our first baby. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted very warmly by John Polli. I knew we were in good hands as soon as he introduce first baby. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted very warmly by John Polli. I knew we were in good hands as soon as he introduced himself. We bought a used BMW. X1 in amazing condition and at a great price. John Polli made us feel comfortable during the whole paperwork process. He even offered to go out and by us some lunch since the paperwork process can take a couple hours. It’s been 4 months since we’ve bought our car and we are so happy with it. I’d highly recommend John Polli to anyone wanting a new car! More
