We recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from Subaru of Jacksonville Salesman Van Jones. He was so helpful and made buying a car easy. I interacted with Delivery Specialist John Pitts. After a visit to the cell phone store, turns out my old Pixel has had it. No wonder it didn't connect. Now to buy a new phone. Dave Bailey gave me exceptional service when I came into the Subaru Dealership of Jacksonville. He showed me all the features of the car and answered all my questions. He took me out for test drives where I could get comfortable with all the controls. He made sure that I got the color of car I liked best. Our sales associate was Mark Ogden. My husband and I were very pleased with his approach to purchasing our new car. That was on a Friday, on Saturday we drove off in our new black Subaru Outback and just love it. Nice experience.
