As we were in the market for a Subaru any way, typed nearest dealership in Google and landed here. John Pitts helped make this a good experience, finding just the right car we were looking for, explaining and demonstrating features I was unfamiliar with and A.J. Miller got us financed in quickly and smoothly. Overall, could not have asked for a better " unplanned " buying experience. More

Best Car Buying Experience Hands Down Where to start with Subaru of Jacksonville? We stumbled in here with the intent of just test driving a car, having just come from another dealer who Where to start with Subaru of Jacksonville? We stumbled in here with the intent of just test driving a car, having just come from another dealer who made it seem like we were the biggest inconvenience. John greeted us immediately and walked us through the Outback selection on the lot. We picked one right in the middle of everything (probably the most inconvenient car to pick) and a split second later, it was ready for our inspection. John walked us through every feature, highlighting those unique to Subaru and what that means for a consumer. Seriously, this guy knows cars like Bobby Flay knows cooking. (Also, after all was said and done, he helped us move all our crap from our old SUV to our beautiful new Outback.) When we went inside to "talk numbers" which is where Subaru shined. We didn't haggle for a dollar here or there, Subaru gave us a great price and even matched another dealer's trade-in offer. We were sold! AJ made signing the numerous documents a breeze, literally highlighting the signature blocks in different colors, so we knew who signed where. He kept us laughing the entire time! For discounts and all the Florida taxes/tags/registration documentation, Subaru needed proof of my active duty military status. Jerry (USN, Ret.) came through with a CAC reader and computer. No need to rush home to print stuff out. More

No hassle I first visited the dealership on Thursday (12/21) with intentions of checking out the Forester and Outback SUVs. John greeted me as I exited my car I first visited the dealership on Thursday (12/21) with intentions of checking out the Forester and Outback SUVs. John greeted me as I exited my car and offered his assistance. I told him I didn’t have a lot of time on this visit, and he gladly assisted me by providing a thorough run down of the three SUVs in the lineup. I returned on Friday to test drive the Crosstrek and Outback, and settled on a Limited trim package of the Crosstrek. I shared with John that d be unable to complete the purchase that day as I wanted to offer my current vehicle to my son vs. trading it in. John was quite agreeable to my pacing and provided a written quote nevertheless. Today (12/23),I was back to complete the purchase and the entire process went very smoothly. The sales manager took the time to thank me for my business, and the financing process was capably handled by AJ, with a no pressure presention of warranty and protection plans. John did a very thorough job of covering the key features of the vehicle and I was on my way in my new Subaru Crosstrek. More

John Pitts made buying my new 2018 Forester FUN and easy! John made this car buying experience (1st one in 12+ years) enjoyable and easy. The initial price quoted matched what I expected after having done MUCH research online and when I returned to the dealership a week later, after tweaking my options list and ready to buy, my final price and options available on my car were better than expected. The entire process was easy and low-key. Follow up calls and emails from Tiza and Joy were pleasant. Mike in Finance made finalizing the deal easy. John noted which days of the week meet my needs for service and because I don't know when I'll hit 1000 miles on my new car, we did not schedule that check-up but he made sure I know about it so I can schedule when it happens. Painless, No-Pressure Car Shopping! Even tho the salesperson my husband asked for was not available(Juan was working on a Habitat house), John stepped in to show us a Forrester. He understood that my objective was simply to sit in the driver's seat to try on the "fit". With no push on his part, we asked to take it for a drive. John was very informative as we put it in both highway and stop-and-go traffic. We went home but came back the next morning. Jerry knew which car we had come for and took us through the leasing process. Mr. Porter was right when he told me we were in good hands with Jerry. I picked up my grandson in the new car that afternoon. The following morning, Jerry and I finished going over the manuals and I got to meet Juan. When they say "Welcome to the family!" at Suburu of Jacksonville, they mean it! More
