Exceptional Customer Service I recently purchased a Jetta SE at Morong and had a great experience with John. It was my first time buying a car and John was so friendly and down to earth that it made the process much easier than I had anticipated! After I had called and talked to John, he had the car ready out front (and washed!) for me when I got there and had arranged for my trade-in to be appraised while we were doing the test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to offer a lot of information I hadn’t read in my research before coming in. I had been to another dealership before going to Morong and I appreciated how non-salesy Johns attitude was— he was genuinely interested in providing me with what I was looking for as opposed to pushing anything on me. They worked it out so that I was able to get a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I was the most intimidated about this part of the sale beforehand, but John and the Morong staff made it as stress-free as I could have imagined. More

Easy, Pleasant Experience John Phillips made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I wanted to trade my 2010 VW Bug for a new VW Bug. There was a 2017 available that John Phillips made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I wanted to trade my 2010 VW Bug for a new VW Bug. There was a 2017 available that was just right.
