bought a used truck for my business there and will never go back i was told it had a bumper to bumper warranty and did i ever get scamed first i got a call from the warranty company and i was told to lie to go back i was told it had a bumper to bumper warranty and did i ever get scamed first i got a call from the warranty company and i was told to lie to them and tell them it was a personal vehicle i took the truck in for service after 1 month with a couple issues a shifter issue, a signal light issue and an oil change. on arrival i was informed that i would have to to pay for a diagnostics check before anything. after check they told me none of these issues were covered by warranty except for the oil change which was part of the purchase agreement. they also informed me of a transmission leak.. they quoted me more then $3000 to repair issues. which i refused as i have a garage that has serviced my fleet for more then 20 years. after my trusted service tech went over the truck he informed me that the tail light was a broken wire(took 15min to fix). the transmission leak was non existent. they did say they couldn't fix shifter issue until it happens on them to observe. when i pick up my truck from CMP they gave me the diagnostic report which had all green checks with no issues, when i confronted the service tech they said the report is auto generated. so not only is their service over priced and made up. but there diagnostics is complete crap as well. all they want is your money they don't care about service, performance, or their customers rights More

Enjoyable with no sales pressure. Upon arrival at CMP we were asked if they could help us and if we were looking for a certain person. Yes we were , John Peterson. Regret my choice in buying here I recently purchased a used but basically brand new ram from the pre owned area which everyone there was wonderful until i had the displeasure of deal I recently purchased a used but basically brand new ram from the pre owned area which everyone there was wonderful until i had the displeasure of dealing with the service center. It all started with a puncture in the tire that had been acting up since the original purchase day. I called the service department who told me to deal with goodyear who sent me back to service to another service advisor that didn't even deal with that area then back to them and this went on for 2 days!!! Finally the pre owned sales manager helped me out. So forward to when i went to get it fixed. I specifically asked if i should book an appointment was told no it would be 45 minutes....yeah thats a load of horsesh** . It took 3 hours and when i inquired about my truck i got the same piss poor attitude from the service advisor as i did from the moment i walked in. I also had the protection plan which id like to use so i reluctantly called the service department to book and they sent me on another chase of push the job to someone else. Yes they give 10 free oil changes with my truck purchase but honestly i would rather send them back and take my business else where! This is the worst service department EVER! Would never buy from them again! Bob Thompson, Ryan King, Jonathan and also Austin in the used center are incredible and give me a bit of respect for this dealership More
