John first responded to our internet inquiry, then carried us through the process. He was friendly, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and overall, a really great guy. Not pushy in any way at all, he responded quickly to any calls or emails we had for him. He actually stayed well beyond normal business hours with us one evening when we knew he had been there since early in the morning. The assistant manager, Steve, who handled our checklist after our purchase, was most gracious, appreciative and attentive. Nick, with financing, was most helpful in getting us in and out quickly as he knew we were under a time crunch. Overall - it seems this dealership has it right when training their people to be kind, genuine, patient, helpful and, most important, not pushy! Thank you Subaru of Grapevine and John, for making the process as pleasant as it could possibly be. We absolutely love our Forester! More

Quite pleased with the entire process I was certain that I wanted a Subaru when I checked Edmunds for information about them. I entered my information and received a call from John Mosque I was certain that I wanted a Subaru when I checked Edmunds for information about them. I entered my information and received a call from John Mosqueda within 30 minutes, asking me exactly what I was looking for and making certain he knew all of my requirements. I was very specific with regard to specific options and my expectations for the particular model. When we went to the dealership, my wife and I, who were looking for an Outback, communicated our needs and were shown the Forester and the Outback both. We were actually more pleased with the design of the Forester for carrying our dogs and were very appreciative that he showed us both vehicles, side-by-side, so that we could compare the two. We decided that the Forester fit our needs better than what we thought we wanted. We made certain that John knew we were not going to be making a purchase that day and he applied 0 pressure. I reviewed their website with my wife the next day and we decided on the exact vehicle we wanted. John made certain of the precise details of the extra items we wanted installed and made sure that those enhancements were ready one week later when I returned to get the vehicle. He helped me work with the finance department to get the exact payments I needed and this was the smoothest purchase of a new vehicle I have ever experienced. These men were all kind, patient and knowledgeable. They helped us look at both new and used vehicles to allow us to make the best decision for our vehicle purchase. There was never a push to buy any specific vehicle or any pressure to make a decision quickly. We were explained all of the finance information thoroughly and walked through the process sharing stories of life experiences and lots of laughter. I am glad we chose to stop in yesterday, and I recommend them for your next new or used car purchase. More
