My wife were out shopping the new car market. We stopped by Honda Universe and was greeted by this gentleman named John. Not pushy like some places we have been. Very attentitive to our questions. John is their top salesman, in my view. He's the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and hardest working man on the floor. I bought a new Pilot from him this past September and there was not one glitch friendliest, most knowledgeable, and hardest working man on the floor. With the winter coming, I thought it would be best to switch from my 2002 Buick Century to a more reliable car. I had never owned a Honda before but I had my heart set on a Civic Coupe. I was particular in that it also had to be an EX model preferably in rallye red. John McGraw spent four weeks tracking down the v on a Civic Coupe. I was particular in that it also had to be an EX model preferably in rallye red. John McGraw spent four weeks tracking down the vehicle, calling in favors and he even picked the car up himself just to make me happy. Mission accomplished! I love my new car and it suits me perfectly. John was great! If he said he would call, he called and he never tried to sway me from exactly what I wanted. We settled on a price in our initial negotiation but I didn't have anything in writing to verify that amount so I was a bit worried that something would change. When the car became available, there was no price drama or dispute when I actually signed the papers. It's nerve racking buying a car but John made it much easier. I would highly recommend Honda Univere and John McGraw. More
