Incompetent at best Thankfully these folks don't build the vehicles they sell. The experience here is unacceptable as the simple task of transferring plates from one car Thankfully these folks don't build the vehicles they sell. The experience here is unacceptable as the simple task of transferring plates from one car to another by people who do this for a living can be so messed up. The dealer was called 18 days after purchase about where the DMV papers were and nothing had been done yet. The employee was rude besides being incompetent. The wrong state was payed the sales tax and the DMV now wants 160.00 for a fine imposed due to the time lapsed before any transfer took place. When the transfer finally did come through we found that the jeep didn't even have brackets or hardware to mount the plates. The General Manager JB was called and informed , not only did he refuse to take ownership for the mistakes made, he never sent the missing parts to mount plates. The salesman John obviously is too busy to return calls and the general feeling received from all is AFTER THE SALE YOU DON'T MATTER!!!! Thanks to the Danbury team for the lesson that cheaper is not better!!!! More

Unprofessional Staff I recently stopped in to purchase a new Jeep. Our sales rep John was great! Everything was going fine until the manager appraised our trade. We are bo I recently stopped in to purchase a new Jeep. Our sales rep John was great! Everything was going fine until the manager appraised our trade. We are both professionals with very high income but dress and live very low key. Before even speaking to us I could hear him talking to the rep saying "Good Luck, you'll never get this one"! We new their would be a lot of negative equity in the vehicle, but we're prepared to put 10k down to clean it up. The manager then tried to rip us off on our trade by offering 8k for a car that is trading for 10k everywhere else. He then went on to give a million ridiculous excuses why it was so low, I felt like I was in a comedy movie at a used car lot. Then when I thought he was done, he threw in one more, it doesn't matter anyway you'll never be able to get a loan!!! So I told him where to go, and went to Garavel Jeep the next day "this is our 3rd New Jeep purchase BTW, where they gave us 2500 more for our trade 1000 off sticker and treated us like human beings! More

Rocky Start but things have turned back around! I was happy with the purchase but I had a rough start with the service group. I have since changed my opinion! I purchased to vehicle on 5/9/16. what I like thought is that I spoke with john about a month earlier and told him I would get back to him. he took the time to remember that we spoke and he reached out to me. that is great customer service in my mind. I came in and met with him and the rest is history. I have my dream Jeep and I am totally enjoying it. John is the BEST !!! John Martorano made our experience a PLEASURE !!! When you spend thousands of dollars it is stressful, and there are several items you need to conside John Martorano made our experience a PLEASURE !!! When you spend thousands of dollars it is stressful, and there are several items you need to consider to make sure your final decision doesn't haunt you for years to come. John made the process much easier as he has a great demeanor and is NOT pushy ... understanding what your going through and Helping you work through it ... he provides insights that other buyer have had and leaves it up to you to consider them ... giving you time to back out if you want! At the end I Know we made the right decision and will not be looking over our shoulder questioning our decision thanks to John and his support and patience throughout the process. Glad other salesmen were busy the day when we showed up ... too bad the average salesman is not like John ... this should ALWAYS be an exciting wonderful time which memories are made of !!! More
