Had to go back a few days later to re-sign documents, was told that they would fill the gas tank as the dealership is an hour drive from me. Tank was not filled, never even mentioned, had me wait two hours to get a second coat of paint sealant that I was told would only take about half an hour, good and bad. More

Financing portion takes way too long, but was courteous, and never overbearing, pleasant, but long and drawn out. Pleasantly Surprised we wanted to trade for in our Sonata for an Midsize SUV. We had visited other dealerships and had left angry and frustrated by the treatment we recei we wanted to trade for in our Sonata for an Midsize SUV. We had visited other dealerships and had left angry and frustrated by the treatment we received. So you can imagine that we were not expecting to be treated much differently at Jenkins. However, we were in for quite a surprise. John Krain had already contacted us through our AARP inquiry. He was available for us from the minute we walked in the door and worked with us to get exactly the car we wanted at the price we could afford. The amount they were willing to give us for our trade in was a fair amount and within the figure we had in mind. Purchasing a new car is never an quick and easy task, but once we had agreed upon a deal with John, we met with Rod who made the paperwork process fairly quick and painless. On this trip we determined a lease was the best option for our needs. Once our lease is up we will definitely be using Jenkins next time. More
