A very Good experience John is low key with no high pressure sales garbage. He knows how we feel about car salespeople and knows we do not liked to be pushed. Quick, easy, only one hiccup My wife and I used USAA to find the true car value, we did so and it was at Jenkins, We went up there on a Sunday, got an excellent test drive, got a My wife and I used USAA to find the true car value, we did so and it was at Jenkins, We went up there on a Sunday, got an excellent test drive, got a price, got them to work with us, and then bought a car. Had to go back a few days later to re-sign documents, was told that they would fill the gas tank as the dealership is an hour drive from me. Tank was not filled, never even mentioned, had me wait two hours to get a second coat of paint sealant that I was told would only take about half an hour, good and bad. More

Was able to take a nice long test drive, with different road surfaces, and traffic. was under no pressure to purchase a car, and ended up with a Higher trim line, then I had planned, but was at my choosing, not the salesperson. Financing portion takes way too long, but was courteous, and never overbearing, pleasant, but long and drawn out. I will return to this dealer for Service, and possibly to replace other car in household. More

Pleasantly Surprised we wanted to trade for in our Sonata for an Midsize SUV. We had visited other dealerships and had left angry and frustrated by the treatment we recei we wanted to trade for in our Sonata for an Midsize SUV. We had visited other dealerships and had left angry and frustrated by the treatment we received. So you can imagine that we were not expecting to be treated much differently at Jenkins. However, we were in for quite a surprise. John Krain had already contacted us through our AARP inquiry. He was available for us from the minute we walked in the door and worked with us to get exactly the car we wanted at the price we could afford. The amount they were willing to give us for our trade in was a fair amount and within the figure we had in mind. Purchasing a new car is never an quick and easy task, but once we had agreed upon a deal with John, we met with Rod who made the paperwork process fairly quick and painless. On this trip we determined a lease was the best option for our needs. Once our lease is up we will definitely be using Jenkins next time. More
