Awesome I was just poking around online to see what was there. Matt contacted me via text, which I really appreciated. I hate talking to strangers on the phone and texting is so much easier for me! He asked me general questions and wasn't pushy or gimmicky at all. I explained to him my hopeless situation and he didn't seem concerned at all about all the things I had going against me. He suggested a couple of options to me that were in my budget and I immediately took to the 2013 escape. He sent me a video of it and I fell in love with this vehicle. Magic was worked and I got it! I absolutely love my Escape. :) Matt answered all my questions and I always felt like he was patient with me and my nerves. He even helped me find a more affordable insurance! I'm really happy with the service and care I got. I absolutely love my car! More
