I got my oil changed and asked them to check the other fluids. When I noticed that the temperature gauge was rising the next day, I knew they didn't top any of the fluids. I had to go to O'riley and fill fluids. When I noticed that the temperature gauge was rising the next day, I knew they didn't top any of the fluids. I had to go to O'riley and fill up the coolant myself. The oil change and wiper blade went well but I was disappointed they didn't top the other fluids in my vehicle. More

I went in with an appointment at 3:30 and they were done by 5:00. Specifically asked for wiper fluid fix, (wasn’t working) and new wipers and oil change. They completed oil change and wiper replacement an by 5:00. Specifically asked for wiper fluid fix, (wasn’t working) and new wipers and oil change. They completed oil change and wiper replacement and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked about the wiper fluid. Then the girl tried to brush it off by saying I’d need another appointment, “it’s expensive and takes 3 hours”, and the salesman tried to show me how to remove a tire panel and check myself. Lol. Nah, that’s why I specifically asked you to check it. We aren’t mechanics. More
