The most positive car buying experience I have ever had. I was somewhat reluctant to purchase a vehicle through ebay but after communicating with John Hrad, the new car sales manager, I felt comfortable I was somewhat reluctant to purchase a vehicle through ebay but after communicating with John Hrad, the new car sales manager, I felt comfortable dealing with him. He is very accommodating and made the whole experience seem effortless and even though the car I purchased was probably on the low end of their inventory, the attention he gave this transaction was as excellent as if I was buying one of their Ferraris or Lamborghinis! He arranged for delivery of my vehicle and the whole transaction from its beginning to delivery took only about a week AND the car arrived with a full tank of gas. Wow! He also followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. In all the car purchases I have made over the years, new and used, I can honestly say that this was the most painless and pleasurable purchase yet even though there was no face to face contact. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this dealership in the future. More

Visiting the dealership to view the car was equally pleasurable... John was willing to take all the time necessary for me to get a good feel for the car. The finance department was quick and efficient as well. All-in-all the total process, from learning about the car, test driving it, and purchasing it was one of the best car buying experiences I've had - in fact probably the best. I highly recommend Lamborghini Dallas if your in the market for any luxury automobile. More

My rating of 5 for customer service was based on my experience over the 2 yrs. I owned a LP640 which I purchased from Lambo. of Dallas. This was true from the sales side, the service side as well as the back office. The people I dealt with made my overall experience a great one and that's why I'm back looking and planning for my future purchase of another Lambo. from this dealershipI have been very impressed with the way the people at this dealership have kept me informed about upcoming events as well as all the new product offerings. I always felt welecome even at this dealership even though I was not a current Lambo. owner. The quality of the work was always top notch and better yet I was always kept fully informed with no surprises at the end. Best yet I always got my car back when I was told it would be ready. My overall experience with this dealer could not be better and if I could give their personnel a higher rating than a 5 I would. I continue to recommend this dealer to my associates with no reservations and will continue to do so. I gave price a 4 rating only because I can't buy two cars not because the car isn't worth every penny. I had an incredible experience with my LP640 with only the best things to say about the dealer persnnel and the car. PS.
