I just brought a my first truck ever on January 28th 2021 at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass, and I want to share that it was one of the best experiences of my life. My assigned sales person John Groves was very hones at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass, and I want to share that it was one of the best experiences of my life. My assigned sales person John Groves was very honest and my friend since the first day, giving me the feeling that I was in good hands. During the entire process I felt John like my Guarding Angel. However, it is important to mention that everyone at Arrigo Sawgrass was also amazing. I have never seen a more dedicated team working so hard with only one mission in common: To get the consumer what the consumer wants. Again, this is an awesome dealer and an a very professional team lead by an outstanding Manager!! And I wont lie you out there, in any car acquisition process there are some bumps on the road, however, John Groves and the entire Arrigo CDKR Sawgrass team made everything worked well for me. So, Thank you Sawgrass Arrigo Team and Thank You John Groves, you just have another very very happy and satisfied customer. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. We had several interactions with so many different people there and every single one was friendly, professional, and makes you feel like you are family. had several interactions with so many different people there and every single one was friendly, professional, and makes you feel like you are family. Our rep John groves is AMAZING. He went above and beyond to find us the truck we wanted. Throughout the process he was patient, efficient, and real. He is truly an asset to the company and is the reason why we purchased the truck. We had gone to a different dealership initially and walked out because they were very dry and told us our expectations and budget was unrealistic. The minute we walked in, they started just talking about numbers and prices, we never even looked at any of the models or test drove them. We were very upset and were actually planning on going back to Our hometown in NY to purchase as the prices and service seemed more reasonable. Luckily, we stumbled upon Arrigo and from the moment we walked in, we knew we did not have to look any further. The process took two evenings since my fiancé was very specific about what he wanted. John worked his magic and found us exactly what we wanted. We are picking up our new truck tonight and are beyond excited. I cant Thank the team here enough. We are Arrigo customers for life and will direct all of our friends and family to purchase from them. Word of advice: if you are shopping around, make Arrigo your last stop because you will wind up buying from them and being 100% happy with the product and customer service. More
