Since t Gave a 5 star rating due to the fact my husband and I have been dealing with them since our first lease in 1990 of an AWD EXT Astro MiniVan. Since then there have been six other vehicles which includes our recent aquistion a 2015 Chevy Traverse. We have dealt with many of the personnel some of which are no longer there. All have been courteious, caring, knowledgeable, polite, and customer concerned. The last two times we have dealt with Craig Schilz. He takes the time to listen to our needs and does his best to acquire a vehicle as close as can be found to satisfy our needs. He has don an excellent job. Whenever we can we always recommend Hartnell to friends and family. Have been asked quite often what we would suggest to improve Hartnell. It is hard to fix something that is not broke. Always reply with "Just keep doing what you are doing" Robin & Bill More
