We had a great experience, Nick met us part way for a test drive. We really appreciated him doing that. He was great at telling us everything about the truck! Bait and Switch They bait and switched me on a finance rate (said 3% to start and closed at 5.8%), added over $4000 in finance charges, and did not give me any floor They bait and switched me on a finance rate (said 3% to start and closed at 5.8%), added over $4000 in finance charges, and did not give me any floor mats in the vehicle. Would never return or recommend this dealership to anyone. Update: 11/13/2018 - I called them like their support person here suggested, their manager took my information and said he would look into it and claimed they are taking it very seriously. They are no longer accepting or returning my calls for what amounts to fraud. More
