He took great time to answer any and all questions and address any concerns that we had. He at no time let us feel as if our concerns were trivial or unwarranted. He was never aggressive or pushy in his efforts to make a sale. There was absolutely no "up sale" pressure. He basically knew what we were looking for and made every effort to assist us in achieving that goal. The delivery of the vehicle was a breeze. The vehicle was prepped and beautifully presented when were arrived for pick up. John took the time and extended himself to go over the car features and personalized settings. We left there feeling confident and satisfied. He assured us that if we had any additional issues, questions or concerns, that he would gladly address them and would avail himself, with a phone call or return visit to the dealership. This was by far our best auto buying experience. Thank you Sarant Cadillac and John Nassour. We are more than satisfied with the entire process. The vehicle is beautiful and we love it!
