Trade-In made in heaven John Estrada had contacted me to discuss a possible trade-in. I had been given my mother's 2008 Ford Escape after she passed, and thought it was time John Estrada had contacted me to discuss a possible trade-in. I had been given my mother's 2008 Ford Escape after she passed, and thought it was time to trade it in for something new. John was friendly, helpful and patient throughout the entire process, as well as the entire staff at Silterhar. I would definitely recommend purchasing vehicle from Silterhar - they are top-notch! John Estrada a great salesperson to deal with - has the up most integrity for himself, dealership and the customer. And his support team was just as great - Jeff and Chris the Finance Officer. We called the dealership to see if they still had the car we wanted to see and spoke with the salesman, John Estrada. When we arrived, he had the car warming up and ready to test drive. John and Tom are very good at what they do--they know their stuff. It's a complicated market with so many options and packages. What Ford and Mazda made so difficult these guys straightened out for us. W their stuff. It's a complicated market with so many options and packages. Bought my 2013 Boss 302 used with 2000 miles on it from Sill Terhar for a great deal. I have to say everyone I worked with there was friendly and very professional.
