What a great experience in a stressful time of buying a vehicle. Everything went great and smoothly. The used car sales mgr. gave me a good price on my trade and my sales rep was knowledgable and really in vehicle. Everything went great and smoothly. Reece Schlenz was great from the test drive to the information download upon delivery. He knew the truck and its features. The truck was clean and ready upon delivery. Fantastic service from the first second Jocelyn texted me that the car was available. She made my experience super easy. I was driving up from the cities so I was a bit hesitant what condition the vehicle wa that the car was available. She made my experience super easy. I was driving up from the cities so I was a bit hesitant what condition the vehicle was in. Jocelyn was kind enough to put together a video tour of the vehicle which clearly showed that the car was in excellent condition. There's more, she watched tutorial videos on YouTube so she could explain all the features of the car before delivering it to me. Outstanding service 👏 👌 Highly recommend Ryan Auto and especially the sales person Jocelyn. Thank you. More
