I had to order the vehicle & was worried it might not be in before my lease was up. They told me not to worry, it may only be a week or so & they could get me a loaner if I needed it. They spent the time to find additional rebates that I didn't even know were available. Shane spent a lot of time delivering the car. He went through every aspect of the car including all the touch sceens applications for navagation, music, climate control & cell usage and set up my cell phone with the sync system. Would highly recommend Cortese Auto group and Shane at the Ford store More

Incredibly friendly environment. The salesperson worked hard to get us every rebate we could and streamlined the whole process. After I got home, my sister loved the looks of the 2005 focus and we wnt back on Saturday. She drove a few models and purchased a focus wagon.
