I went home, did some more research and then came back to John and placed the order. Everything was exactly as he has promised. So, I am very impressed with him and the dealership. Easiest, hassle-free car buying experience I've ever had!!!! This was the EASIEST new car-buying experience that I have EVER had!! I was lucky enough to have John Clarke as my sales consultant, and as a result, This was the EASIEST new car-buying experience that I have EVER had!! I was lucky enough to have John Clarke as my sales consultant, and as a result, was able to avoid the whole "haggling" back and forth ordeal that I was dreading. He was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable about all Subaru features, and explained them in a way that was easy to understand. He explained the differences in the models that I was considering, helping to make my decision an easy one. Once I had decided on the 2016 Outback Limited 2.5i, options and their costs, John made ONE trip to get a price for me, and came back with a great deal!! NO haggling back and forth as I had anticipated!!! He made the whole process a most pleasurable experience!! Kevin Mark in finance took time to explain all paperwork and extended warranty options, helping me to select what plan would best suit my needs. The dealership is clean, neat, organized and well managed, as is the service department, which I dealt with briefly when having a last minute option added on to my new Outback. I would highly recommend Liberty Subaru/Emereon to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used Subaru, as well as Subaru vehicles in general, to anyone who is considering purchasing a new vehicle.
