Hi my name is Brandon. I came into the dealer and right away he let it known that he acknowledge that he noticed even though he was helping another customer. After he was done he asked me questions to see what I was looking for. He showed me where the SUV's were and gave me my space to look around and let me take my time. When I was ready, I told him which one I wanted and my credit isnt great but with John's help, I was able to get a very dependable Explorer for my family. These guys were 100% helpful and courteous when helping me find a used car. My credit is less than perfect at this point in my life but they seems to bend over backwards to accommodate me and get me on th me find a used car. Considering I spent 5 years in the automotive business, I am not an easy person to please when it comes to dealers. This dealership exceeded my expectations in every way possible! John, was very informative, am not an easy person to please when it comes to dealers. This dealership exceeded my expectations in every way possible! John, was very informative, not pushy at all. The finance terms they were able to secure for me were unbelievable. When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was cleaned, had gas in it, the finance paperwork was ready - I was out the door within 30-40 minutes. Did I mention that when I sat down in the finance office that the numbers didn't change at the last minute? They were exactly what John and I had discussed. Again, coming from the automotive industry, I can honestly say, there are very few dealers that operate as ethically, friendly and efficiently as this team does!
