From the beginning, John Caruso, made my experience a pleasant one. He was very helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I got a great deal on my car. John also made arrangements for ,Ken D pleasant one. He was very helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I got a great deal on my car. John also made arrangements for ,Ken Delk, to handle my transaction when he would be on vacation before the sale closed. Ken was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain everything about the car to me. I would highly recommend this dealership. I really appreciate how they took the time to listen to me and gave me a car that I am truly happy with. Fred Palmer was also very, very helpful and professional. However, I gave the overall experience 4 out of 5 because I think a play area for kids could be added. I had to have my 3 young kids with me at the dealership, and each time I went, I was somewhat distracted because I had to keep making sure they were nowhere near the cars in the building/lot. More

John was a pleasant sales rep, not pushy and very knowledgeable of the products he is selling. I appreciated all of his help in purchasing my first BMW and providing me with the car I wanted and nee knowledgeable of the products he is selling. I appreciated all of his help in purchasing my first BMW and providing me with the car I wanted and needed. Our test drive of the X3 with John was helpful in making my decision and knowing that the X3 was a safe vehicle. The purchasing process went smoothly and car was delivered within the time period expected/promised. Robert gave us very good advice on ordering the X3 2013 model vs. purchasing an existing 2012 model. Overall, my experience with Ganley was positive and exceeded my expectations. John Carusso was absolutely fantastic. He was helpful and informative without being pushy - by far the best sales experience. It is apparent that John cared about what would work best for me and was instructive and instrumental towards educating me on options and dealer offerings that would best suit my needs. John was referred to me by a friend colleague that has purchased several (4-6) vehicles from him in the past. If you don't want to be harassed and want a pleasant sales experience without being rushed or overwhelmed - John is the perfect fit! More

The gang at Ganley were awesome. They are and have been very customer oriented, that is they know how to make sure that the customer is number one and that all of my needs are met. Customer service was pretty good, but there was a slight communication issue that had me wait for a couple of hours before signing all of the important paperwork. It's nice to be surrounded by such examples of automotive excellence, but I can only look at so many of the same car before the novelty thins. Being that the vehicle purchased was a BMW, it was bound to cost more than the average vehicle, and my trade had lots of miles on it, so I wound up making the purchase with a bit more negative equity than anticipated. Still, the product is excellent and it's not the first time I purchased from Ganley; I hope to be able to make another purchase from Ganley in 3 or 4 years. More

I visited several BMW dealerships in search of a new BMW. John Caruso at Ganley was very patient with me. He educated me on the different makes of BMW's and their pricing. I was interested in a 328 or 335, but I had a limited budget. I wanted a new BMW, but quickly discovered my budget would not work with a 2012 BMW. John went the extra mile and found me a "loaner" - never titled 2011 328. The car was exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. Once I finalized the purchase, John took the time to walk through all options on the car including the nav system. More

Working with John was a pleasure. This was my first BMW and my first car stepping up in class. John spent a great deal of time with me and explained the features of my car very well. The test drive, he drove us first, really allowed me to have a great appreciation for all the things this car can do. The second test drive I went out alone and that was also appreciated to be able to experience the car without any distractions. The time frame of delivery was just what he told me it would be and all in all my car buying experience was great. Highly recommend Ganley BMW and John Caruso. More
