2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited new/used purchase I purchased a 2014 Jeep Unlimited, auction purchased New/Used vehicle. Burlington Chevrolet (NJ) upgraded it to high quality/name brand wheels and tir I purchased a 2014 Jeep Unlimited, auction purchased New/Used vehicle. Burlington Chevrolet (NJ) upgraded it to high quality/name brand wheels and tires (saving me the time and hassle), making it more eye catching than stock Jeeps on any other lot. They worked with me on my trade-in value and accommodated my add-on requests, making them the dealer of choice, based on the other dealers I checked out. They were quick and pleasantly responsive to e-mail and phone calls. There really wasn't the "what can we do to get you to drive this off the lot today" kind of pressure. While it was initially stated, it wasn't in the typical hunter-predator manor experienced in other car purchases. I was pleasantly surprised with the over-all experience as compared to previous experiences and dealers. I would and will highly recommend them to friends and associates. More

Couldn't have asked for better customer service!!! My experience at Burlington Chevy was 2nd to none. My sales person treated me like family! He was patient, knowledgable, and really took time to make sure I was getting everything I wanted out of my new purchase! I wish I would have come to this dealer a long time ago for other previous purchases, I love my new truck and will be coming back to Burlington Chevy for years to come! VERY BAD ATTITUDES! I have along with my brother purchased 3 Vehicles from him and he always said if we need anything to let him know!My 2014 Camaro is a danger to the road whether the Dealer wants to admit or not!I aksed him to make sure the proper people handle my car!He went out with the Tech and he started freaking out yelling and me and asking me IS THIS THE expeltive NOISE YOU HEAR?and kept repeating it loudly and angrily!I told him to stay out of it and back off!he got out of the car got in my face as if he was going to hit and angrily said IM DONE WITH THIS!I went in to ask for a Manger and a Sales manager Bobby Raneri told me to calm down and come and talk to him.This guy tried to intimidate me and said and I quote" we got your money the cars your problem now"!He also told me he doesnt want my business!What a Great attitude .Bobby Ranieri kept trying to act like a Big Bully in My opinion and I wasnt about to let him get away with treating me like that so I went to ask for the General Manager John Broderick! Bobby then ran like a 2 year old to call John Broderick before I could talk with him!I explained everything to John ,Whether it did any good I cant say!I asked for the owner Wayne Hileman and they say hes in Colarado and is not involved in the operation of the Burlington dealerships!Please note that Eric Anselmo,ed Ortiz and John Broderick all spoke to me like Gentleman and I in turn spoke with them like a gentleman!Harold Weber ad Bobby Ranieri need to take courses in Customer Service and realize without customers like me,they wouldnt have a job! More
