The entire team at Northside Lexus did a fantastic job making our purchasing experience very enjoyable. John was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude and eager to show us all the great technology fea making our purchasing experience very enjoyable. Good courteous service. I’m an out of town buyer. Ordered the vehicle in 2023 and was told it would be available in February 2024 which was fine. Car was ready in January an I’m an out of town buyer. Ordered the vehicle in 2023 and was told it would be available in February 2024 which was fine. Car was ready in January and was told I could not wait to pick it up in February. Had to alter my plans so as to pick it up in January which was a big inconvenience for me. More

We purchased our second Lexus within two weeks of purchasing our first Lexus. Again, we worked with John Breax. He helped us to decide which trim of RX would best fit our needs and likes. He has trem purchasing our first Lexus. Again, we worked with John Breax. He helped us to decide which trim of RX would best fit our needs and likes. He has tremendous knowledge of all the products. Again, he was very professional and respectful. We plan to continue to work with John in the future. We also worked with Mike Townsend in the Service Department. He again helped with the additions we made to the second new car, including window tint and PPF. Mike is a pleasure to wok with, very professional and great communication. We will continue to consult with Mike for all our future services for both Lexus vehicles. More
