Good experience! The dealership did everything they could to get the car I wanted in my hands. Salesman was very nice. Billy was very responsive and friendly. I don't live in Birmingham I'm out of state in Georgia but this was the best car buying experience I've had and I've probably purchased over 80 vehicles. Salesman Joey Chance followed through on everythin but this was the best car buying experience I've had and I've probably purchased over 80 vehicles. Salesman Joey Chance followed through on everything I asked of him. I would highly recommend Med Center Mazda and Joey. Also a shout out to Bill who carefully delivered my car on a beautiful Saturday morning. He is also an asset to the company! More

Great customer service! After having issues with my local Mazda dealer having incompetent service technicians, I drove an hour to Med Center (where I purchased the car). The After having issues with my local Mazda dealer having incompetent service technicians, I drove an hour to Med Center (where I purchased the car). These guys were great and professional. Not only did they find and fix the issue (where the other dealership couldn't), they made sure I wasn't at an inconvenience by loaning me a car to take home for the night. It was a smooth service appointment, and I will gladly drive the hour to have them work on my car going forward. In addition, my salesman, Joey Chance, was very helpful in communicating and assuring me things will get fixed. That is a fantastic salesman when one is willing to help in a different area, just to assure the satisfaction of the customer. Thanks to all of you! More

My husband and I had such a great experience! Billy was friendly and answered all of our questions. We did not once feel pressured to purchase a car or to pay for upgrades that were not right for us. We fe friendly and answered all of our questions. We did not once feel pressured to purchase a car or to pay for upgrades that were not right for us. We felt we could trust his recommendations. He was also very personable making our car buying experience very relaxed and fun. I felt some what rushed through the financial portion of things but this was likely because the dealership was closing. In hindsight I would have come in earlier in the day so that I had the time to read more thoroughly over the documentation prior to signing things. But we did feel the documentation was summarized well. More

Joey Chance was our Sales Representative, and he took excellent care with us. He had the car serviced, cleaned, filled with gas, moved to the front, and ready to go when we arrived. Salesman, Joey, was fantastic. No pressure and pleasant to deal with. After purchase, I was disappointed when I found a big chunk of torn carpet on the driver's side floor. When I first looked at the car t to deal with. After purchase, I was disappointed when I found a big chunk of torn carpet on the driver's side floor. When I first looked at the car the floorboard was covered in plastic so the torn carpet could not be seen. This should have been pointed out to me before purchase. More
