I wanted 1 specific feature and was promised it, signed the contrats, then things changed. What I thought was a done deal infact wasnt. I bought the vehicle anyway and have to get the feature done on my ow the contrats, then things changed. What I thought was a done deal infact wasnt. I bought the vehicle anyway and have to get the feature done on my own at a later date. I was only given 1 key and have to pay $160. For a 2nd key again on my own. Then before I even left the lot with the vehicle I had to bring it to service for a repair. I like the vehicle just not the last minute change to not getting what I was promised, having to pay another $160. for a 2nd key that everyone else seems to get with the purchase of a vehicle. More

I have purchased used cars in the past, and with my current experience I will never use or recommend them again. Their BBB complaints back up my feelings as well. I purchased a 2017 GMC Terrain from current experience I will never use or recommend them again. Their BBB complaints back up my feelings as well. I purchased a 2017 GMC Terrain from Scranton on October 13, 2020. On October 14th, it shut off and stopped suddenly twice, the second time in the middle of the road. I almost got into an accident trying to move into a parking lot. GMC Road Side assistance picked it up that day and brought it into their shop. Over the course of 1 week they were unable to recreate or diagnose the issue. Instead of demanding my money back, I suggested that I swap out a vehicle with the same make/model and price on their lot for equal value and they declined. After much back and forth, they suggested I pay $1600 for an equivalent vehicle. Currently, they still have my vehicle and refuse to give any type of discount, service plan, money back or similar vehicle for the same price. I have a wife and 3 young children. I would never take the risk of putting them in an unsafe vehicle. Their sales manager, Joey Bishop, told me that vehicles stall all the time. I explained to him there are two key differences: 1. it did not stall, it shut off completely and the steering wheel locked up, and 2. I purchased this vehicle the previous day. There are plenty of other dealerships in CT and MA to choose from. Please don't use this one. More
