Best car buying experience ever. Purchased the car from C. J. Bowen. He was great. Had a minor problem with the sunroof and a door handle. Contacted Manuel in service dept.. He gave Purchased the car from C. J. Bowen. He was great. Had a minor problem with the sunroof and a door handle. Contacted Manuel in service dept.. He gave me a prompt appointment. Joel in the service dept. helped me when I came in.. Both men were friendly and very helpful. They promptly adjusted the sunroof and replaced the door handle. I was very pleasantly surprised to get this great service. Also when buying a car, the no haggle method is great. I didn't walk away wondering if I could have gotten a better deal. I'll definitely recommend Automotive Avenues to my friends and family and will buy my next car from them! Thank you! Sharon. More

Horrible Service! Buying the car wasn't the problem. The multiple problems I've had with the service center is a problem. Multiple visits to take care of issues. Abo Buying the car wasn't the problem. The multiple problems I've had with the service center is a problem. Multiple visits to take care of issues. About 2 months after I bought the vehicle, the front brakes had to be replaced, so much for their inspection. I had an oil change done there, they did not put the skid plate on right and it came off while I was on the highway 60 miles from home. I took it up in the mountains after that oil change and got all kinds of warning signs in my car...turns out there was too much oil in the car and the place I took it to looked at it said the oil filter wasn't installed correctly and "just came off in their hand". Then I went in to have them look at another issue a month or so later and they had to remove the skid plate. The new mechanic I found told me that when he went to remove the skid plate to work on my car (not 24 hours later) it only had 2 bolts in and when he took the skid plate down more of them just FELL to the ground. I took it in for a brake change and they didn't put all the lug nuts back, I was driving around in a vehicle no other company would touch because it didn't have all the lug nuts and then Gideon made me drive to another dealership to buy lug nuts (they offered to pay for them, but I was so disgusted at that point I just bought them) and bring them back to them to fix the problem. I wont be taking it back to Auto Aves. The only good thing my experience with them has produced is I finally have an excellent mechanic that goes above and beyond and doesn't over-charge me! So thank you for that! More
