The Best Customer Service I've Ever Recieved If you're looking for a new car/truck, look no further than Kelowna Chevrolet. With the help of Joel Speckman (Sales) and Leah Babington (Finance) If you're looking for a new car/truck, look no further than Kelowna Chevrolet. With the help of Joel Speckman (Sales) and Leah Babington (Finance) we just leased a 2020 Silverado Duramax LTZ in order to tow The Boom Box. Even though we are based out of the Sea To Sky corridor, Joel and Leah made the process seem as though we were in the dealership. I was able to get the finance application started while I was on the golf course, yes I repeat....THE GOLF COURSE!!! When it was all set up and ready to go I flew out to Kelowna and Joel picked me up from the airport in style, when I got to the dealership I was blown away but the customer service they provided, and within an hour I was in the truck and on my way back to Whistler! More

Not a happy customer They first gave us the wrong fob which we had to express mail back. Next they put the wrong vin number on sales agreement which then was another trip They first gave us the wrong fob which we had to express mail back. Next they put the wrong vin number on sales agreement which then was another trip into town to re register the car and to correct the insurance. Then more documents had to be expressed back at a cost. They did refund our cost of mailing and re registering the car after several phone calls but no extra for time or gas. I feel that after they got our money we were totally forgotten. This was their mistake but it cost us.....not a happy customer. Karen W. More
