Service department is horrible, zero organization. Repairs aren't even done correctly, but it's such a headache to deal with this place that you deal with it or take it to a more capable location and Repairs aren't even done correctly, but it's such a headache to deal with this place that you deal with it or take it to a more capable location and pay again for something they didn't do right. Purchasing - impossible to get in touch with people. Customer feels more like an imposition than a priority. Communication - almost non existent. So much potential, wasted. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but they make me regret it every time. Never going back. More
