Chuck met when I drove up, wrote up the service ticket and had our truck back to me in less than 2 hours. . I'm talking replacing a major hose on a F250 Diesel. I rate Two Rivers Ford a 10. My husband & I have been looking for a pre owned SUV for some time now. We had looked at several dealerships when we decided to go to Two Rivers Ford. Gary Taylor is the one that approached us as we got out of our car. He gave us room to look only until he suggested we test drive one. We did but went home to think about it some more. The next day we ended up buying a NEW EDGE..... which we love! Our salesman explained in great detail all of the prompts on our new Edge. Doug Reed walked us through all the sales options. He was great at explaining every detail. Kenneth Fitzpatrick was very pleasant & did the finance portion in a very timely manner. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly. Over all Two Rivers Ford is a 10. Good JOB! Thanks...Faye & Rick Deal More
