But Josette worked to find a vehicle with all my wish list items, a price we agreed on, and let me take home my new QX50 even though I didn’t have checkbook with me. Joel and Dana were both friendly and helpful. Karen was great at explaining the features. And everyone was sweet to my 7-year-old grandson who happened to be with me. Overall great customer service! Fear tried to tell me that I would be denied, but faith allo After having been to three previous car lots, my faith lead me to Infiniti of Birmingham. Fear tried to tell me that I would be denied, but faith allowed meet my "sales angel," Mr. Barry Brannon. From the moment that I stepped out of my 2018 Nissan Sentra to the moment I drove off in my 2019 Infiniti QX50, Mr. Brannon was so full enthusiasm and bent over backwards to make sure that I was satisfied. The general manager, Mr. Joel Garcia, is one of the most friendly and hands on supervisors that I have ever met in my life. He and Mr. Brannon worked hand in hand with making sure that I had a note that I could afford and a vehicle that I was more than satisfied with. I loved the two of them so much, the next day, I brought my mother back and they helped her to drive off of the lot with a brand new 2019 Infiniti QX50 as well. Listen, if you're in the market for a new car, go on over to Infiniti of Birmingham and tell them that Brandon Davis sent you, I promise, you won't be disappointed! More
