Car issues I bought a car paying 26k for it first week I had it making sounds in the break area I bring it back I was told it’s just a noise that I will get use I bought a car paying 26k for it first week I had it making sounds in the break area I bring it back I was told it’s just a noise that I will get use to it No no no I bring it back the fix the problem comes back week later now this is the third time I bring it back put new rotors on it and still issue is not fixed More

I have always had a fantastic experience with service team - they are honest, responsive, personable, and fair. Even after expanding the facility (with a beautiful showroom/waiting area), there is still the personal, "family" feel because of the employees...it still feels like everyone who works there is invested and a valued part of the team. It's easy as a customer to trust in that. We look forward to the "new to us" car that we just purchased, and to the years ahead with it, and with McGee! More

The time and effort that was given to me by Joe Zylberman and Manager Rocco to get me into my new RAV4 was very appreciative.
