Good dealership, but a bit slow I like the dealership and just bought my second new car there. People are nice and competent, my only issue is the time it takes. In both instances th I like the dealership and just bought my second new car there. People are nice and competent, my only issue is the time it takes. In both instances there were times where I has to wait for 30 min+ where I had no idea what is going on. Extremely frustrating at the time. Will keep going but wish they would work on this. More

We settled on a new 2018 CrossTrek and ordered one outfitted just the way we wanted it. We worked with Joe Weil who we highly recommend, He was perfect in every way during the selection and purchase process. When we picked up the car he spent considerable time with us going over all the features of our new car. He first explained what the features were and then sat in the car with us to make sure that we understood the ones that were best shown to us in a hands on manner. More

Superior Experience I have purchased or leased approximately 15-20 cars over my driving tenure and this was by far the best experience I have had. Joe Weil presented us with options and the price negotiated was agreed upon and never changed. No bait and switch! Car was delivered as agreed. Most impressive was Joe taking the time to point out and explain the various features of the car. He never rushed us, took his time, and even set up our cell phone with the entertainment system. He even pointed out some items in advance which we might have been confused about later had he not explained them. Very thorough, very patient. Didn't make us feel like he had better things to do. This is the kind of salesman all dealers should value. One of the very few guys I might buy a car from regardless of the make or model. Nice individual to do business with and one with whom we will do more future business. Bryan was also very easy to deal with. He explained some options and we quickly concluded the transaction.
