I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a timely manner I had met Joe about a year ago just perusing the lot, and he was polite and gave me his business card without being pushy or getting in my face. He simply said to call him when it was time to look for something new. I myself work in the sales business, and I called Joe. I also called another dealer that I had worked with previously. Joe gave me a quote the day I met him that I found out was very fair when comparing to the other dealer, and they found the truck I wanted. I requested some additional add on's for the truck and told Joe I expected it to be done at the delivery date. Those items were completed in a timely manner. Overall, I feel like I received a good deal and I enjoyed working through the process with Joe. I will call him again when I am due for another GMC. More

A Sommer's Customer for 40 years I just purchased a beautiful Buick from Sommer's with the great service from Joe Vella. This is my first purchase from Joe and he took the time to as I just purchased a beautiful Buick from Sommer's with the great service from Joe Vella. This is my first purchase from Joe and he took the time to ask the right questions to understand what i was looking for and wanted in a new vehicle. Joe made the process very comfortable without any pressure. He walked with me through the entire process from the test drive, the features of the car, to financial options, through the closing of the sale and even pairing my cell phone and On-Star before leaving the lot. The new Buick has a lot of bells and whistles and I am certain I will be taking Joe up on his offer to assist me to set some of these option to my preferences. A 2020 Buick has many more more options than my first car purchased at Sommer's....a 1980 Pontiac Lemans and all the other cars in between. I have been a customer of Sommer's for 40 years and have always found their Employees friendly and committed to helping me though any issue. From the first phone call or first employee at the door, to the sales team, the service desk and the employee at the payment desk have always had cheerful greeting and waiting to take care of my needs. Sommer's is my only dealership of choice! More

Sommers is over 70 miles from where I live. I did my homework. Contacted 5 Subaru dealers in my new car search. Sommers was Subaru Dealer of the Year, so I contacted them too even though they w I did my homework. Contacted 5 Subaru dealers in my new car search. Sommers was Subaru Dealer of the Year, so I contacted them too even though they were over 70 miles from my home. Sommers was worth the drive. I have zero complaints about my experience. Jim Naus addressed all of my questions. When my new car was delivered while he was out of town, Jim connected me up with Allen Miquet so I could take deliver without delay. My wife and I received a first rate new car orientation from Allen. About a week after picking the car up we were invited back to Sommers for a free car wash, gas card and further orientation of the new car features. First class service. None better in my car buying experience. Every single person that I had contact with at Sommers was first rate. And yes I would buy from them again. More
