He had an immediate answer to any question that raised during the process of picking a vehicle. My wife and I felt totally comfortable without pressure while we were working with Joe and Kip Karn during the deal making portion of the purchase. We are confident that we got the very best deal on our Pathfinder! From there we had the privilege of working with Tony Berger in the business office where we felt like family just as we did with the sales team. Tony helped us make sound decisions on the care and maintenance of our vehicle. We cannot say enough about the whole Jackie Cooper Nissan Team!! We would recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle! ?? More

Sales agreement is worthless-2nd time buyer ripped off I purchased a 2nd vehicle from this dealership in June. It will definitely be the last time after they failed to keep their commitments on a written s I purchased a 2nd vehicle from this dealership in June. It will definitely be the last time after they failed to keep their commitments on a written sales agreement and basically ripped me off! The salesman, Joe Simmons, offered remote start on a 2016 Rogue in order to get me to commit to the sale. I agreed, we wrote it into the sales agreement and I traded in my other vehicle. The next day after several phone calls the salesman informed me they couldn't install remote start on the Rogue. According to the salesman and the written sales contract, the remote start, plus 2 key faubs, was worth more than $500.00. They refused to refund the $500.00 or compensate so I was just going to cancel the sales agreement and drive away in the vehicle I traded. That's when the salesman informed me they had already sold my trade in. I was stuck unless I wanted to hire an attorney to hold the dealer to their end of the contract. The salesman (who was a minister) said all he could do was give me a free car wash and fill up my gas tank. He was going to put that in the mail...even that commitment was broken because no confirmation of a car wash or oil change ever arrived in the mail. I am extremely disappointment, angry and frustrated for ever going back to this car dealership. I let everyone I know about how Jackie Cooper Nissan fails to keep a commitment or refund when they can't and rips off their customers. Buyer Beware! More

Best Car Buying Experience - But I have bought brand new cars at Hyundai, Toyota, and BMW dealerships. This was my first time buying a used vehicle. The sales team, Joe, was gre I have bought brand new cars at Hyundai, Toyota, and BMW dealerships. This was my first time buying a used vehicle. The sales team, Joe, was great to work with. He went to bat for us on the price and we all settled at a deal that we couldn't walk away from. The service is excellent. We brought our own financing so can't say much about that. My only issue (and this applies to most dealerships) is that when you have a husband and wife team, they assume everything is in the husbands name. Two examples, I was already in there as a lead with all my information, but they created a whole new lead under my husbands name with the exact same information. Not sure why. Also, they put his name on the title of my car I was trading in. When I told them it's under my name they said they will just leave it under his and now require another document (marriage license). They had my husband sign everything and had me sign maybe one or two papers. I even said only put me on the title but they insist to include him as well. I find this ridiculous as I work and make great money so I am essentially buying the car. It is my car to be driving and the trade in is in my name. Just drives me crazy how men (there was not a single women salesmen or women really in sight at the dealership) still think the husband is the only one that can make purchases. This is my fourth car to buy under the age of 30. I'm well equipped to purchase a vehicle on my own. :) Other than this (which almost applies to all dealerships) the place is a great place to buy from. More
