They are very accommodating, taking my car even when I didn't have an appointment, and the service is complete and thorough. How do I know it's complete and thorough? because the service adviser explained everything to me in plain English so I walked out of there understanding not just what was done, but quality of my vehicle's parts. Also, they don't play games either. They never tried to scare me into doing extra work on my car. Overall, I have a very positive feeling with Shockley Honda and would go back again, and would recommend them to others looking for a good dealer service department. More
