I was sent an email regarding a recall on a fuel pump. I set up an appointment with nanuet honda dealer. I’m driving from the Bronx. Which is approximately a 45 minute drive with no traffic. Tolls are I set up an appointment with nanuet honda dealer. I’m driving from the Bronx. Which is approximately a 45 minute drive with no traffic. Tolls are paid and gas is not free. Only to be told that Honda pushed the date back on that part. I had asked the manager Joe Sanseverino if u didn’t have the part. Why would the appointment be set up? It clearly asks you what are u brining in your car for. Of course I put recall. Only to have wasted my time , on gas and paying these tolls for nothing. Bcuz they couldn’t answer any of my questions. This place lacks on communication. It’s like they false advertise. One advisor says one thing and another says different. After buying 3 cars from here. I would never ever purchase a car from here again. Please do your research before purchasing from nanuet Honda or any Honda dealer.. horrible experience ever! More

I’ve used Honda service for 11 years straight since I purchased by 2012 Honda Fit at the dealership in Nanuet, NY. And I’ve known Joe Sanseverino all those years as well as I immediately gained a trust purchased by 2012 Honda Fit at the dealership in Nanuet, NY. And I’ve known Joe Sanseverino all those years as well as I immediately gained a trust that he would help guide me through my visits every year for prescribed Honda preventive services any any repairs the technicians noticed. Joe explains everything to me very clearly and keeps in contact on site so I know what’s going on. I highly recommend Joe Sanseverino as a Service Advisor ! More
