Wonderful experience at Curtiss Ryan. Our experience has been so comfortable and easy . Our salesman, Joe Riggsbee was not pushy or overpowering. I always hated car shopping and told him that when we first walked in the showroom. But, I soon forgot my apprehension as he made us feel like old friends. He was so patient as we made a few blunders on our side, but helped everything to come together. Someone recommended the dealership to us and I’d be pleased to recommend it to someone else. My experience was tops from start This morning I drove my car to Curtiss Ryan Honda, and this afternoon I drove a brand new Honda Civic EX- L home. My experience was tops from start to finish. I purchased the perfect car I wanted at the fair price I desired. I had the good fortune of having a personable and knowledgeable sales consultant, Joe Riggsbee, who patiently fielded all my questions and educated me on every aspect of my new car. Joe is the best - a perspective car buyer’s dream! I also had the pleasure of working with Jack Pape - a most professional and fair business manager. Because of him, my Honda wish came true. I even had the opportunity to meet Stephanie Flynn and Kaitlyn Nolan from the service department - I already am looking forward to working with them on vehicle maintenance. I believe that today was the beginning of a long Honda Family relationship between the Curtiss Ryan staff and me! More

Great New Car Experience After thoroughly researching the Honda Ridgeline, my family and I visited Curtiss Ryan Honda for a test drive. Joe Riggsbee, our sales consultant, qu After thoroughly researching the Honda Ridgeline, my family and I visited Curtiss Ryan Honda for a test drive. Joe Riggsbee, our sales consultant, quickly had me in the driver's seat. Joe answered all of my questions and provided me with an out the door price very quickly. He is a consummate professional with no high pressure tactics when I said I needed to think about it overnight. I called the next morning and asked about trading in my current car. The trade in process was fast and fair. I said "yes" to the deal on Saturday and picked up my new 2019 Ridgeline the following Wednesday. The delivery process was excellent. Joe walked me through the entire vehicle and even connected my phone and contacts and showed me how to get started with the navigation system. Overall, this was a great new car experience. More
